Tuppkärrsskolan is a development-oriented and pleasant school located in Surahammar, consisting of a primary school for grades 4-6 with approximately 300 students. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Tuppkärrsskolan is seeking a qualified teacher. QUALIFICATIONS • We are seeking a licensed teacher qualified to teach Swedish, English, and/or social studies (SO) for grades 4-6. You may have other subject combinations that could further complement the team. • You are a positive person with a good ability to create excellent contact with colleagues and students. You listen, communicate, and resolve situations constructively while creating engagement and participation. • You are a clear leader in the classroom with structure and strong pedagogical skills. As a teacher, you adapt instruction to each student's unique conditions and see school development as a natural part of the assignment. • To teach and understand students' different needs, you must have good analytical and pedagogical abilities, high expectations, and a conviction that all students can develop. By clarifying goals and knowledge requirements for students, you can motivate them to achieve good results in schoolwork and develop socially.
