Teacher Position at Lexby School
As a Swedish language teacher, you will be part of one of the school's four work teams, where we strive to utilize everyone's competencies in planning and teaching.
The role includes shared mentorship in one of our classes. Mentorship involves supporting your mentor students in their academic and social development and creating positive relationships with guardians.
At Lexby School, collegiate collaboration is crucial. We are a highly engaged staff group with great drive and a desire to develop. Our quality and development work focuses on conscious teaching where student perspectives are the starting point. The school is part of a development project, ÄDK - Subject Didactic Collegium, where students' learning is in focus. We strive for everyone to dare to "put their teaching on the table" to support and challenge each other with a curious and critical approach. It is by sharing mistakes and good examples that we learn and develop together.
We are seeking someone who wants to develop teaching and engage students together with colleagues.
The recruitment is for a temporary position during the Spring Semester 2026.
