Bagarmossens School is a well-functioning and beloved municipal F-9 school with approximately 850 students.
The work teams are organized by grade level, with three parallel classes in the lower grades. Our school is beautifully located in Bagarmossen next to Nackareservatet. Our staff are engaged and have high expectations of themselves, each other, and the students!

Your role
We are now looking for two new colleagues for parental leave positions!
You will work as a teacher for after-school care in one of the grades 2 or 3. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and implement activities in collaboration with the elementary school and after-school care, where the student’s entire day is the focus.
Our goal is for all of our students to leave Bagarmossens School with strong knowledge and a great belief in themselves and their abilities. We value clear leadership where you can also set boundaries. We want you to harness the students' playfulness and creativity. You have the students' best interests in focus, recognize their diverse needs, while also creating the best conditions for each individual student from a relational standpoint. Building good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians is therefore seen as a natural part of the work. Your qualifications and experience
We expect you to have drive, curiosity, and joy in your work. It is important that you are committed to leveraging the uniqueness of after-school pedagogy but are also able to collaborate with class teachers during the scheduled school hours. We want you to be a licensed teacher for after-school care or a recreational pedagog, preferably with prior experience in the profession. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are recruiting for two parental leave positions. One position is planned to be for six months and the other for one year, but they may potentially be extended.
