JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a leisure home teacher who wants to help shape and develop our after-school program. Edenryd School is a primary school with approximately 121 students and two after-school care departments.
Your assignment is based on creating good conditions for student learning in collaboration with other educators at the school. You will work closely with school pedagogues and the after-school team. We believe in collegial learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a teacher specialized in leisure home education or has a leisure pedagogy degree
* Is well-organized
* Has a toolbox of strategies to guide and challenge students in their knowledge development
* Involves students in planning and develops their learning abilities
* Is confident and stable in their adult role and can build good relationships
* Has good collaborative skills, listens, and understands different learning prerequisites
You have significant commitment and are well aware of school and after-school care curricula. Together with the team, you will plan and organize work effectively for individual students and student groups. As we believe in collegial learning, collaboration with both students and staff is crucial, and you should have the ability to take initiative and personal responsibility.
