Junkaremålsskolan 7-9 is a school located in Tranås, divided into two stages, with upper secondary levels comprising approximately 400 students and 50 staff. Our operations provide opportunities for student coaches, support teachers, and student health services to support students' development and learning. You will work as a teaching instructor together with the principal and colleagues to provide students with the best possible education. Here, you have the opportunity to work at a school with students' best interests in focus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will teach German at 60% for students in grades 7-9. For a full-time position, you need to teach either English or Swedish. As a teacher, you are expected to plan and structure your instruction according to the governing curriculum and current research in subject and learning. You are expected to continuously evaluate your own teaching and provide students with feedback on their learning. You will work closely with your colleagues to advance instruction together. Mentorship is part of the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with a teaching certification and qualification to teach German, preferably in combination with Swedish or English, in grades 7-9.
