Kunskapsskolan in Sweden operates primary and secondary schools under the names Kunskapsskolan and Kunskapsgymnasiet. The first schools were established in 2000. Today, approximately 14,600 students attend the 30 primary schools and seven secondary schools. Kunskapsskolan is owned by founder Peje Emilsson and his family.
Kunskapsskolan Spånga is seeking a certified Swedish teacher for grades 4-6.

Kunskapsskolan Spånga is a primary school for grades 4-9 and currently has around 620 students. The school was established in 2005 and is within walking distance from Spånga station. Our school has satisfied students who enjoy their time here and achieve high academic results.
To ensure that every student reaches their fullest potential, we need skilled teachers with a strong commitment to their students. At Kunskapsskolan, we always place the individual at the center and therefore seek those who actively work to ensure their students’ success. In addition to being a subject teacher, you will also serve as a personal mentor for about twenty students and hold an individual mentoring conversation with each of your students every week. You will help them plan and set goals for their studies and follow up on these goals together with both the students and their guardians.
At Kunskapsskolan, we have a strong emphasis on teamwork. You are never alone with challenges and questions. We collaborate to plan our work in subject teams. There is a high level of openness among teachers, and we share a collective responsibility for our students.
To facilitate your work and enable you to focus your time on the students, we have centralized much of our teaching materials on our digital portal, Kunskapsporten. For each subject, there are suggestions for working methods, assignments, and teaching resources.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Swedish teacher for grades 4-6. You should be well-acquainted with LGR-22 and formative assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with several years of experience in teaching and mentoring or coaching. We want you to have an easy time collaborating with colleagues, students, and guardians and to be solution-focused.
We place a high value on your engagement, pedagogical competence, and mentorship ability. We want you to be a stable and secure person who can build trust with the students.
Job Details
The position is a fixed-term, 100% position for the school year 25/26 with immediate start.
