JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking teachers for the teaching team at Asklanda and Nårunga schools. We are looking for a qualified individual who is interested in teaching craft subjects and who can complement our teaching team. Together with your colleagues, you will inspire curiosity and a love for learning in our students, while actively working to create a pleasant and conducive learning environment. As a teacher in our schools, you will develop and conduct pedagogical work alongside the other educators in the team. You are flexible, have the ability to see opportunities and solutions, and are not afraid to propose your own ideas. The role involves close collaboration with class teachers and special educators to provide students with opportunities for tailored instruction and a good working environment during parts of the school day. The position may also include music instruction. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking teachers with the competence to teach crafts at Asklanda and Nårunga schools in Vårgårda Municipality. We are particularly interested in candidates who hold a teaching license. As a person, you are keen on working with individuals and have a strong ability to listen and communicate effectively with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a positive attitude and recognize each student's opportunities and strengths. You view collaboration with your colleagues regarding planning, assessment, and development of the program as an essential component of your teaching experience, while also being capable of driving your own work forward. You possess a structured approach to your work and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to learn. We are looking for someone who is reliable, engaged, and can collaborate with colleagues to create a good learning environment for our students.
