Responsibilities
As a teacher, you work to ensure that students develop their full potential—both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet learning objectives based on their individual circumstances. Your role includes planning, teaching, assessment, and evaluation, as well as the development of pedagogical activities, in accordance with the school's governing documents.
We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you will be in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you strive to create a positive learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to quality and development work at the school.
Qualifications
Required:
• Teacher qualification
• Authorization to teach religious studies at the upper secondary level and strong subject knowledge
• Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
• Good understanding of school goals and governing documents
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
• Authorization to teach additional subjects
• Experience teaching religious studies
• Experience in other teaching or educational work.
We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates optimal conditions for student learning and development. You adapt your teaching based on the student's and group's circumstances and prior knowledge through a creative approach and strong pedagogical skills.
Your working method is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks effectively. Furthermore, you contribute to positive collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and attentively with those around you. You also understand how students' backgrounds, cultures, and group affiliations affect learning, creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
