As a teacher of Home Economics and Swedish, you will be part of one of the school's four work teams, where we aim to utilize everyone's competencies in planning and teaching.
The role includes shared mentorship of one of our classes. Mentorship involves supporting your mentored students in their academic and social development and creating positive relationships with guardians.

Qualifications
We are looking for a certified teacher qualified to teach Home Economics and Swedish for grades 6-9.
You have strong collaboration skills and a high degree of personal maturity. It is important that you excel at establishing and maintaining good relationships, are empathetic, and clear and structured in your approach. You have the ability to see all students and have the competence to consider their different conditions. You understand that good relationships with students and close cooperation with guardians are prerequisites for successful learning. At Lexby School, all students have their own computer, which is a natural part of instruction. This means you need to be proficient in using computers in your work.
