Tallbacka School is a pleasant unit with Preschool Class - Grade 6 and Adapted Compulsory School, with 255 students and 40 staff, located in central Aneby. Students, guardians, and staff are happy and proud that the operation is conducted in fresh, well-equipped school facilities. The school also includes Tallbacka School's after-school program with three departments, Lilla and Stora Tallen, and After School, with a total of 120 enrolled students. Lilla Tallen has students in grades F-1, Stora Tallen in grades 2-3, and After School in grades 4-6.
The school is close to nature, which is a natural part of the school's daily life. Here you will find a competent collegium with an inclusive atmosphere and a good social work environment focused on developing students' full potential.
WORK TASKS
In this position, you will collaborate in teams with after-school and primary school teachers. During the school day, the teacher group will organize the distribution of teaching resources by dividing the class into smaller flexible groups or alternately having two to three teachers in full class or based on the group's needs.
Your assignment includes teaching and organizing activities such as FRIS (free time in school) based on the student's needs, interests, and governing documents. You will systematically plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical work together with colleagues and students.
We invest in fun breaks, where after-school teachers are responsible for break supervision and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
You like children and are a certified after-school teacher with good knowledge of digital tools, and want to help develop the after-school program and create good learning environments together with students and colleagues.
By being interested and creating understanding for others, you work for a respectful work climate. You understand the shared mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. In addition, we want you to:
