The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, high school, and adapted high school. The responsibility also includes student health, mother tongue instruction, school transportation, and school meals. We work to create an inspiring learning environment for approximately 10,000 children and students. We have a strong vision of building knowledge and creating dreams.

Workplace
Trelleborg Headmaster Area Anderslöv/Alstad consists of Väståkraskolan, Alstad School and Preschool, and Trollskogen Preschool. The area is led by a principal together with 4 deputy principals and an administrative manager.
Väståkraskolan is located on the famous Landsvägen and is centrally situated in the village of Anderslöv, about 25 minutes from Malmö. The school has approximately 500 students in grades F-9. The school has its own sports hall, football fields, craft rooms, home economics room, library, and a large, bright dining hall, Restaurant Lövet, along with an associated creative and inviting outdoor environment. Väståkraskolan is a school where all students and employees come to learn for life and develop to their full potential. The school focuses on inclusive learning environments and ensuring that all students are met according to their own conditions.

Job Responsibilities
As an after-school program teacher, you and your colleagues are responsible for, driving, and developing the after-school activities. In your role, you are also part of school collaboration, teaching in the lower grades during school hours.
Together with your colleagues, you work in a team with shared responsibility for students' learning. Together, you conduct development work within after-school activities based on a developed annual cycle.
In addition to knowledge in various school subjects, students should have opportunities to develop self-esteem, identity, interaction, and various social skills throughout the school day. The after-school program plays a significant role in this context, with the goal of a meaningful leisure time for all students.
Job satisfaction, high expectations, and clear goals are obvious starting points for us.
Qualifications
We are seeking a certified after-school program teacher.
You are confident in your role and create good conditions for students' learning and development throughout the day. To be suitable as an after-school program teacher with us, it is important that you have great commitment to students' learning and co-creation, and that you are open to new thinking. You are not averse to working in different learning environments where outdoor pedagogy is an important part. As a person, you are positive, driven, and have good communication skills and the ability to see the big picture. You thrive in an environment that demands flexibility, initiative, and social competence.
As an after-school program teacher, you are relational and have a positive approach to students, as well as clear leadership. Great importance will be placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability.
