The school is led by a principal, deputy principal, and administrative manager in close collaboration with all school staff. Teaching is planned, implemented, and evaluated by teachers together, across grade levels, teams, and the school's other collaborative forums. Your Responsibilities As a 4th-grade teacher, you will work in a grade team with another intermediate school teacher and a leisure-time instructor. Together, you will plan, implement, and evaluate instruction for the grade's wonderful and knowledge-hungry students. You will also be part of a well-functioning, engaged, and skilled teaching team working on the intermediate level. Collegially, you will develop instruction based on identified teaching challenges to ensure our students learn as much as possible. You will have support from an engaged Student Health Team and a Safety Group where school management plays an active role. Who Are You? You need to be certified but don't need to know everything. However, you must be brave, curious, and collaboration-oriented, as we work in grade and teaching teams focusing on accessible instruction for all students. Requirements: - Teaching degree and certification to teach grades 4-6. - Thorough knowledge of the national curriculum and current governing documents. - Experience leading instruction and using assessment materials. - Language and knowledge development approach. - Experience with national tests.
