Role as Medical Director
As Medical Director, you have overall responsibility for the physician group – focusing on operations, personnel, and finances. Together with the administrative coordinator, you will lead and distribute daily work, follow up on results, and actively work on the work environment. The physician group consists of engaged and competent colleagues who look forward to welcoming you.
Our physicians work in teams with psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, healthcare assistants, social workers, unit managers, and healthcare administrators, who all value each other.
You will also be an important part of the clinic's management team, collaborating closely with the operations manager and other managers to drive development forward. Together, we create care that continuously improves for our patients.
For licensed physicians, the assignment can be expanded to include the role of Chief Physician with medical management responsibility. You will then have overall responsibility for compulsory care, medical quality, and patient safety – becoming a central expert in the clinic's leadership.
The position is a time-limited management appointment with the possibility of extension, combined with a permanent position in your primary profession. Start date to be determined by agreement.

Your Profile
We are seeking a specialist physician in psychiatry – or someone with other relevant educational background and extensive experience in healthcare management. You have genuine commitment to psychiatric care and want to influence how we work moving forward.
Experience with team-based working methods and operational, budgetary, and personnel management is desirable. Leadership training is a plus.
As a leader, you are confident, stable, and communicative. You can easily build trust and collaborate with others, even in pressured situations. You plan and prioritize with structure, and motivate and engage your employees.
We place great importance on personal suitability – especially your ability to contribute to a good work environment and sustainable workplace climate. The position involves travel, so a driver's license is required.
