Smedjebacken is a short-term accommodation facility within elderly care in Laholm Municipality.
Here, we care for individuals with varying needs for support, rehabilitation, and care for a limited time. We work person-centered and always consider the individual needs and goals of our users. As a night nursing assistant, you are an important source of security and a contact person for our users.
About the Position
As a night nursing assistant, you will:
- Provide individually tailored care and support according to implementation plans
- Make observations and report deviations, changes, and needs
- Be responsible for documentation according to applicable routines
- Create security and calm for users during the night
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
Are You the One We Are Looking For?
Requirements for the position include that you are a trained nursing assistant.
- You have a warm demeanor, are confident in your professional role, and can work independently.
- You enjoy working night shifts and are good at creating structure.
- You have a good ability to communicate and document in Swedish.
- You contribute to a positive work environment and enjoy collaborating.
- Experience from short-term accommodation, dementia care, or end-of-life care is an advantage.
You must be a nursing assistant and able to work nights and commute to and from the workplace.
You are accustomed to documentation and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
