JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As Warehouse Staff at W5 Solutions, you'll be part of a team of dedicated employees of varying ages and backgrounds, creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment. To meet increasing demand and ensure efficient workflows, we are now strengthening our warehouse with additional expertise. As a warehouse worker, you'll play a central role in ensuring smooth material flow. You'll handle both physical and administrative warehouse tasks and have a key role in collaborating with other departments. Your job responsibilities will include: • Receiving and checking incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with orders and requirements. • Performing inspections to ensure products meet our quality standards. • Coordinating and booking transportation, including handling hazardous goods according to current regulations. • Picking and packaging products for delivery and restocking warehouse shelves. • Participating in regular inventory checks to ensure accurate warehouse status. • Assisting with simple tasks affecting physical material flow when needed. • Registering transactions, bookings, and warehouse status updates in our business system. You'll work closely with your team leader and have frequent contact with production, quality, and customer support. Daily collaboration with transport companies and suppliers is an important part of the role. PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate has a high school education, with a forklift certification preferred but not required. Additional education in warehousing, logistics, or similar, and certification for handling hazardous goods are merit-worthy. Multiple years of practical experience in warehouse work and logistics can compensate for a lack of formal education. Preferred qualifications and/or experiences include: • Warehouse work, including picking and packing • Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems, preferably Monitor or similar • Right attitude and willingness to learn • Freight handling and transport booking • Quality control during goods reception • Experience handling hazardous goods • Good collaboration and communication skills • Thorough, responsible, flexible, and able to prioritize • Practical problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment • Comfortable working independently and in teams At W5 Solutions, you'll have the opportunity to work in a modern warehouse focused on quality and safety, where values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence permeate the workplace.
