Want to help transform the food supply chain – for real? Mylla.se is growing, and we are now seeking a warehouse employee for our team in Malmö. About Mylla.se
Mylla is a digital marketplace and platform where Swedish farmers and food companies can sell their products directly to consumers and businesses – without unnecessary intermediaries. We combine technology and logistics with a genuine commitment to food origins.
Mylla currently operates both a digital platform and a logistics center in Malmö, from which we distribute fresh, frozen, and processed foods to households and businesses across the country.
The Role
As a warehouse employee at Mylla, you'll become a crucial part of our logistics hub. You'll work closely with your colleague in the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow every day.
Your direct manager is Sanna – she leads the warehouse and logistics team and ensures everything runs at the right pace. She is a present, supportive leader who enjoys developing both the business and the people within it.
Beyond your daily picking and packing work, you are someone who takes initiative and ensures the team performs at its best – making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time, improving efficiency, and continually developing together.
Your Tasks:
· Receiving and placing goods
· Picking, packing, and loading orders
· Quality control and temperature management
· Contributing to warehouse flow improvements
· Ensuring order, structure, and traceability

Beneficial:
· Experience working in chilled and/or frozen storage
· Previous experience in picking, packing, and logistics work
· Familiarity with food or fresh produce handling
Work hours are on a rotating schedule with morning and evening shifts, including weekend work.

Position
Permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period, located in Malmö.
