Do you want a job where you make a real difference every day?
With us, the job is about more than just warehousing and logistics. You will be part of a flow that keeps the trains running and contributes to safe transportation across Europe. Here, you will combine practical work with administrative tasks, develop your skills, and work in a team that supports each other. If you enjoy responsibility, collaboration, and seeing the results of your work, then you are the right person for us!
As a warehouse employee at Knorr-Bremse, you will have a varied workday where you will be involved in picking and packing both manually and with a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and receiving goods. The role may also include deliveries and transportation of smaller goods, which requires a valid B driver's license. Part of your work will also involve inspecting, registering, and handling both service products and complaints.
In addition to practical work, you will handle administrative tasks such as transport bookings, customs matters, and other logistics-related processes. You will also have close contact with colleagues in Sweden, Europe, and around the world, as well as customers and carriers. A significant part of our daily work is conducted in SAP, where we manage the entire flow—from arrival registration and deliveries to invoicing. We continuously work to ensure that the right products are in stock and that quality meets applicable standards. Daily inventories and internal quality controls, both in SAP and external systems, are a natural part of the job. To succeed in this role, a good ability to manage digital solutions and business systems is required.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and proactive, and who enjoys working in a team. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and organized, and you are motivated by learning new things. It is important that you have good collaboration skills, are willing to ask for help, and have a strong desire to contribute your best to achieve production goals.
With us, your personality and willingness to develop are more important than previous experience. We believe that the right attitude and commitment are the keys to success; we will teach you the rest along the way.
At Knorr-Bremse, you will be part of a dedicated team of 10 people where we value quality, collaboration, and development. With us, you will juggle many tasks, work with all types of responsibilities, and step in wherever needed. No day is the same; we help each other and ensure that the work gets done together.
We offer a permanent position according to the collective agreement Teknikavtalet – IF Metall. Additionally, you will receive a wellness allowance, a share in our profit-sharing program, breakfast every morning, and significant development opportunities. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of flexible hours.
