As a sales associate, you will always be at the center of the action, where you and your colleagues create an inspiring and sales-driven store environment. You are passionate about our products and want to contribute to our vision, "we create happy moments."
You ensure that all Lagerhaus visitors are greeted by knowledgeable and approachable sales staff who love meeting our customers and helping them refresh and decorate their homes!
Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.
- We are looking for someone with experience in sales, preferably from retail.
It is advantageous if you have previously worked with a similar product range to ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales, as well as an eye for aesthetics.
- We want you to be goal-oriented and results-driven.
It is beneficial if you are experienced and great at recruiting new members to the customer club.
- We expect you to be proactive and resourceful. In our stores, you will work solo during certain shifts, and we seek someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done.
- We believe you find it easy to collaborate and build relationships.
- We hope you are a positive person with energy, commitment, and joy.
Conditions:
- Employment: The positions are part-time, approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for extension even after the turn of the year.
- Schedule: Varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.
- Start: By agreement during November.
