**About the Assignment**
Trafikverket is seeking four (4) warehouse operators as temporary resource reinforcement within the Procurement and Logistics business area. The assignment is full-time and is located at Production Nässjö, where you will work in Trafikverket's facilities. The purpose is to ensure that production meets its delivery times and that the material flow operates according to orders. The assignment encompasses the entire chain from goods receipt to delivery.
**About the Role**
As a warehouse operator, you will support Trafikverket's Procurement and Logistics business area by ensuring that the material flow functions from incoming goods to deliveries.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving goods and conducting quality checks on incoming materials
- Picking orders for delivery to contractors
- Cable winding
- Compiling piece goods and scheduling unloading times and group transport
- Loading and unloading materials
- Participating in annual inventories of E-L, F-P, and national warehouses across the country
- Following Trafikverket's regulations and safety procedures for Production Nässjö
- Contributing to maintaining delivery times and ensuring orders are delivered with the correct contents
- Reporting any systematic deficiencies according to internal procedures
**Mandatory Requirements**
All requirements must be clearly stated in your CV, including periods, assignments, scope, and responsibilities.
- Completed upper secondary education or an education/experience that Trafikverket deems equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for passenger cars.
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently while also being a good collaborator.
- At least two (2) years of experience in warehouse work involving pallet/picking management in shelving with order/picking management handled in a data system.
- Forklift license A-B and good knowledge of the forklift types: picking, counterbalance, and reach truck.
**Assignment Information**
The contract is valid from April 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026.
Option: The client has the unilateral right to extend the contract period by up to two (2) months.
Scope: The estimated workload for the assignment is 100% of annual working hours, amounting to 1,700 hours.
The location is Nässjö, with a requirement for physical presence on-site. Occasional travel may occur in connection with the annual inventory of national warehouses.
