We are looking for a Warehouse Manager in Purchasing and Logistics for the Swedish Transport Administration in Nässjö.
This is a consulting assignment.
The position is full-time.
The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.
**Assignment**
The role of the Warehouse Manager involves working with the entire chain of warehouse management – from goods reception to delivery of materials within the Swedish Transport Administration's facility in Nässjö. The Warehouse Manager ensures that production can meet promised delivery times and that materials are delivered according to orders. The role requires a high level of safety awareness, accuracy, and compliance with the Swedish Transport Administration's regulations and procedures. Any systematic deficiencies must be reported to the management of the organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Goods reception and inspection of incoming materials.
- Order picking for delivery to the construction site.
- Cable winding.
- Assembling piece goods, booking time slots for unloading and group transport according to orders.
- Loading and unloading of materials.
- Participating in the annual inventory of E-L, F-P, and national warehouses across the country.
**Requirements (Note: Mandatory)**
- Completed secondary education or an education/experience deemed equivalent by the Swedish Transport Administration.
- Valid driver's license for passenger vehicles.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently while also being a good collaborator.
- At least two (2) years of experience in warehouse work involving pallet/picking management in shelving with order/picking management handled in a data system.
- Forklift license A-B and good knowledge of forklift types for picking, counterbalance, and reach trucks.
