About the Interim Manager Position
As interim warehouse manager, you will work closely with logistics manager, customer service manager, current manager, business developer, and coordinators. The role requires you to be service and business-oriented with strong supply chain knowledge.
You need to be a good leader and able to coach personnel.
Common Work Tasks:
* Manage personnel issues, resource planning, and development conversations
* Conduct salary discussions and create monthly reports
* Responsible for budget, complaints, and audits
* Perform administrative tasks related to follow-up, documentation, and planning
Who We Are Looking For
We seek someone with an academic degree and documented management experience. Meritorious if you have worked in manufacturing/logistics. You should be responsible, have good collaboration skills, and strong supply chain knowledge. It is also important that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
You are structured in your work and accustomed to prioritizing tasks smartly and efficiently. You are also flexible and can quickly adapt to meet business needs.
The position is located at Roxtec's headquarters in Karlskrona, and you will be employed as a consultant via Jefferson Wells.
