Manager Warehouse & Material handling

Your Role As Manager Warehouse & Material Handling, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing a team currently consisting of approximately 10 employees. Your role includes recruiting, training, and performance evaluation of employees. This also encompasses budget responsibility, where you will manage, create, and maintain the warehouse budget and ensure resources are used efficiently. You will actively work to identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality. A critical part of your role will be developing and introducing innovative warehouse solutions that support future supply chain needs and business objectives. You will collaborate and deliver to other Manufacturing sections, as well as contribute to Production overall. Contacts and collaboration with external suppliers to ensure the warehouse meets business needs and requirements are also part of the role. Additionally, you will ensure that warehouse processes and systems meet our quality and safety requirements. Your Profile We believe you have a technical background in manufacturing-oriented flows, particularly in logistics and material handling. Knowledge in assembly, verification, and testing or similar areas is also meritorious. We prefer candidates with an academic degree in engineering, defense, or equivalent long-term experience in similar assignments. Experience leading operational activities is a significant advantage, but most importantly, we seek your commitment to people and technology.
