Warehouse Manager

The warehouse manager role is a key position in our organization, where we are facing a transformation journey involving warehouse process development and implementation of a new business system. The role is closely tied to operations and encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities. You will lead and develop the team and operations, actively participate in daily operations, and be responsible for the facility. To thrive and succeed in the role, you have solid experience in warehouse operations with a strong interest and competence in technology and logistics. You handle a varied workday that includes both administrative tasks and practical warehouse work. You are available and have the desire to develop and improve. The position is challenging and involves freedom with responsibility, which requires you to be self-driven and able to plan your work in a structured manner. Work Tasks • Lead and coach a team of warehouse workers • Handle customer orders through picking, packing, and delivery • Plan and organize daily warehouse management to achieve highest quality and efficiency • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations • Lead development of warehouse processes with implementation of new business system (Dynamics) • Establish lean principles and structured processes for continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness • Responsible for facility maintenance and operations, including maintenance work planning and management of external suppliers Qualifications • High school education • Extensive experience in warehouse operations with goal-oriented management and follow-up • Documented leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop teams • Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach • Basic competence in business systems and warehouse digitalization • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Good knowledge of Swedish and English • Class B driver's license Advantageous • Post-secondary education • Knowledge of modern warehouse processes • Experience in property management • Forklift certificates A2, B1, B2 Our Offer - Join Us on Our Journey Towards a Sustainable Future!
