Warehouse Worker

We are now seeking several experienced warehouse operators for a long-term full-time consulting assignment in Nässjö. The assignment will run for 7 months from April 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension for up to 2 months under the same conditions. You will work in a structured logistics environment close to production, where accuracy, safety, and quality are central. If you have good experience in warehouse operations, forklift driving, and picking management, this is the role for you. **Job Responsibilities** As a warehouse operator, you will be responsible for several parts of the flow from goods receipt to delivery. Your tasks include: • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods • Picking materials according to orders • Handling cable winding • Compiling piece goods and booking transport as well as time unloading • Loading and unloading goods • Participating in inventory counts at various warehouses across the country • Working according to clear safety and quality procedures **Location** Nässjö. Work is conducted on-site. **Scope** Full-time, 100%. Working hours are primarily during the day, but other hours may occur as needed. **Mandatory Requirements** • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse work listed on your CV • Experience with pallet and picking management in racking systems • Forklift licenses A and B • Experience with order pickers, counterbalance forklifts, and reach trucks • Experience working with order/picking systems or other IT-supported warehouse systems • High school education or equivalent work experience • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license • Ability to work independently, follow routines, and take responsibility for safety **Desirable Qualifications** • Experience from larger warehouse or logistics environments • Experience in cable handling or heavier material handling • Experience in transport booking or coordination of goods • Experience with inventory work • Experience working in safety-controlled environments **Personal Attributes** We are looking for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and structured.
