Do you want a key role in ensuring that warehouses and depots operate smoothly and efficiently? OneCo is now seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager for our operations in Malmö and Hässleholm.
About the Role
We have secured new contracts in both northern and southern Skåne and are now in the startup phase of our operations. As Warehouse Manager, you will play an important role in the overall responsibility for the warehouse and our depots. You will ensure that inventory balances are accurate in relation to contracts while working towards a safe and well-organized work environment. The role involves both practical warehouse work and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining order and organization in our warehouses and depots. Therefore, it is very important that you are structured and enjoy keeping things orderly.
Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts, book shipments, and manage inventory flows
• Participate in projects and customer meetings as needed
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and colleagues
• Monitor inventory balances and follow up on contracts
• Conduct inventories and reconcile with inventory systems
• Ensure accurate incoming and outgoing deliveries of materials
• Purchase materials and ensure timely availability
• Purchase clothing, tools, etc.
• Provide internal support
• Other related tasks
Qualifications
• Forklift license (A1–4, B1)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work both administratively and practically
• Experience in logistics and warehouse operations
• Structured and organized
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
