Warehouse Manager Wanted for Norsborg in Stockholm!

Our client "Vägjobb i Sverige AB" is currently seeking a new Warehouse Manager for their warehouse in Norsborg. This role is suitable for someone who wants to take responsibility, enjoys an independent workday, and wants to be part of a company that works with road signs, closures, and temporary traffic solutions. Start: Immediately. Working hours: 07:00–16:00, Mon–Fri. On-call duty may occur and will be compensated according to collective agreements. About the position As a Warehouse Manager at Vägjobb, you are the hub of the warehouse. You are responsible for order management, deliveries, and ensuring that the correct materials are loaded onto the right vehicles. You will work with picking lists, basic system management, and are often the one who meets customers coming directly to the warehouse to pick up materials. The work is both physical and independent – you will mostly work alone in the warehouse, but with close contact with the depot manager, office colleagues, and team leaders. Occasionally, there may be hourly employees on site, and you will supervise them as needed. This may involve distributing simpler tasks, such as scraping old signs for reuse, or loading and unloading materials if they have a forklift license. The materials primarily consist of road signs and barriers. Indoors, the goods are lighter, while the work outside in the yard can be a bit heavier. You will operate forklifts frequently and will also take care of cleaning, organizing, and washing signs. Your main responsibilities: * Overall responsibility for the warehouse * Picking and packing materials according to picking lists * Ensuring that the right vehicles receive the correct materials * Welcoming customers who pick up materials on-site * Loading and unloading goods – extensive forklift operation * Supervising hourly employees as needed * Receiving and restoring (scraping) signs for reuse * Ensuring the warehouse is kept organized, including cleaning and washing signs * Handling basic administration in the system Who are you? We are looking for someone who is: * Calm, confident, and capable of taking responsibility * Open to providing supervision when needed * Systematic, structured, and self-driven Requirements: * Forklift license A–B * Experience in warehouse work with responsibility Meritorious: * Experience in reading traffic management plans (TA plans) Any named references should be aware that they are included in your application documents.
