About the Role As the Warehouse Manager, you will plan, lead, and participate in the daily operations of the warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth flows, maintaining high quality in deliveries, and that everything is shipped on time. The role involves both strategic responsibilities and practical work, making the days varied and meaningful. You will work closely with production, assembly, and sales, and be a key person in creating structure, efficiency, and order. Your Main Responsibilities • Lead and plan the daily operations of the warehouse • Oversee logistics flows, personnel, and inventory quality • Work in business and warehouse management systems (Monitor and Spiris/Visma) • Optimize storage space and material flows • Conduct inventory counts and quality checks • Identify areas for improvement and drive development • Support and develop employees in their daily tasks • Be responsible for purchasing inventory items • Act as the immediate supervisor for a team of two employees You will report to the CEO and have close communication with management. We believe you are the right person if you: • Have experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry • Have worked with business systems, preferably Monitor and ideally also Spiris/Visma • Have experience in leading teams or are looking to step into a leadership role • Are structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused • Communicate clearly and enjoy collaboration • Have a drive for improvements and order • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English • Hold a forklift license and a category B driving license If you also have experience with LEAN, 5S, or similar methodologies, we see that as a plus. However, the most important factor is your attitude towards responsibility and presence.
