Your Role
As the Warehouse Manager at Mölndal Energi, you will play a central role in ensuring an efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time, making you a key person in the flow that keeps our operations running.
You will oversee the entire warehouse process, from receiving and storing to distributing and documenting materials. This includes planning, structuring, and optimizing warehouse spaces, coordinating incoming goods, and ensuring that our warehouse management systems are always up to date.
You will work closely with colleagues across several departments and have an important role in coordinating and ensuring availability for operations, maintenance, and project implementations.
Part of your mission will also be to develop our working methods and routines. You will identify improvement opportunities, initiate changes, and drive development forward—always with a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring order and structure in warehouse areas and planning service and inspections of inventory and equipment.
* Utilizing and maintaining warehouse management systems to keep stock balances updated.
* Receiving and inspecting deliveries, communicating with relevant departments, and coordinating the distribution of materials to projects and operations.
* Systematically working on safety, training, and work environment, both for yourself and for colleagues.
* Documenting warehouse activities, following up, and producing reports that support improvement efforts.
You will report to the Maintenance Manager and be part of a dedicated team that contributes to Mölndal Energi's ability to deliver sustainable energy with high operational reliability.
Who You Are
You have a high school education as a foundation, preferably supplemented with post-secondary studies in logistics or warehouse management. You have several years of experience in warehouse work or logistics, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
You are accustomed to working with warehouse management systems and have good computer skills, including proficiency in Office programs. A forklift license is a requirement.
We believe you are a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented person who thrives on responsibility and has the ability to create order in complex flows. You are communicative and collaborate easily with various functions within the organization.
