About this role
**Your Responsibilities**
As the Warehouse Manager at Åhus Beach, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all materials, equipment, and supplies are managed in a structured, safe, and efficient manner—from setup to teardown. You will act as the logistical hub, ensuring that the right items are in the right place at the right time. You possess a strong ability to identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and prioritize your tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
In addition to this, you will:
• Plan, organize, and oversee warehouse and logistical flows before, during, and after the festival
• Receive, register, and distribute materials to various departments
• Lead and instruct warehouse staff and volunteers as needed
• Coordinate transportation and ensure order and safety in the warehouse and on staging areas
• Document, inventory, and report on consumption, damages, and deficiencies
• Inspect, clean, and sort equipment
You will plan your working hours flexibly with us throughout the year. There will be opportunities to work one or more days a week during the low season, or more continuously for a few weeks, followed by a longer break. As we approach the event, your working hours will increase, and during the setup and teardown weeks 24-26 and 31-32, you will be one of our key personnel, and we will need you full-time. If you can also work with us during other parts of the event in weeks 27-30, we would be thrilled.
Please tell us in your application why you are the right fit for the position and how the flexible working hours suit you!
