Warehouse Administrator with Experience in Counterbalance Forklift

ABOUT THE POSITION Job&Talent is currently looking for a warehouse administrator with forklift experience for one of our clients in Eslöv. In this role, you will combine administrative work with practical warehouse tasks at the goods reception. You will be responsible for order flows, registrations, and follow-ups in the warehouse system, while also handling materials and goods using a counterbalance forklift. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy varied tasks, have good organizational skills, and like to alternate between office and warehouse work. The work primarily takes place during daytime hours, but occasional shift work may occur. RESPONSIBILITIES • Administrative responsibility for order management and warehouse flows • Registration and updating in the warehouse system • Forklift operation (counterbalance forklift, B1) • Communication with colleagues and clients regarding deliveries and flows QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Experience in warehouse work and familiarity with a warehouse management system • Forklift license and good experience with counterbalance forklifts (B1) • B driver's license • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Preferred: • Experience with warehouse systems X3 or M3 • Experience in service or customer contact Personal attributes: We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You have good communication skills, enjoy teamwork, and can work independently when needed. EMPLOYMENT TYPE This is a seasonal position for approximately 4–6 months, with the possibility of extension or continued assignments with one of our other clients.
