In this role, you will have overall responsibility for driving and organizing their warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as maintaining accurate system records. About the Role As a Warehouse and Logistics Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is well-organized and that material flows are managed in a safe, secure, and structured manner. You will receive and ship goods, conduct incoming inspections, and ensure accurate system registrations in the ERP system according to established processes and routines. Main Responsibilities Incoming Goods - Receive and unload incoming deliveries. - Verify that deliveries match shipping documents. - Ensure safe handling, labeling, and placement of materials. Incoming Inspection - Perform quality and functionality checks of incoming materials. - Report discrepancies, damages, or inaccuracies. ERP and System Work - Accurately register warehouse transactions in the ERP system. - Ensure that data is updated, correct, and follows internal processes. Inventory and Stock Management - Follow up and address inventory discrepancies. - Ensure good stock structure, order, and rotation. Packing and Outgoing Deliveries - Pack and label outgoing orders. - Prepare all documentation and ensure quality and compliance. Internal Material Delivery - Distribute materials internally to various departments. - Ensure that all internal deliveries are timely and accompanied by correct documentation. Who Are We Looking For? You like to work both independently and closely with the team in production, logistics, and supply chain. Qualifications - Experience in warehouse work, logistics, or material handling. - Experience with ERP systems and warehouse processes (Sage X3 is a plus). - Good understanding of incoming inspections, packing, and shipping. - Forklift license or experience is a plus. - Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
