Team Leader for Outdoor Environments and Green Space Maintenance - Stockholm & Southern District

They assist private individuals, companies, property owners, and housing associations with everything from garden maintenance and cleaning to land work, winter maintenance, and invasive plant control. The company works almost exclusively with electric work vehicles and tools to minimize their climate footprint. About the Role We are now seeking someone who wants to take the next step as Team Leader and manage daily production work. You will be the link between production and management, responsible for planning, coordination, work distribution, and follow-up within the team. You will ensure compliance with quality requirements, timelines, workplace regulations, and safety protocols while maintaining close contact with customers and management. Responsibilities As Team Leader, you will be responsible for daily supervision and control of ongoing on-site work, ensuring checklists are meticulously and accurately completed. You will be actively involved in production, which means operating machinery and supporting the team where needed. An important part of the job is guiding and supporting colleagues in daily work while independently planning and following up on smaller assignments. You will also identify additional and modification work and sell these to customers when opportunities arise. Furthermore, you will serve as the customer contact point, collaborate closely, and provide ongoing reporting to the production manager. Finally, you will actively contribute to developing routines and work methods to continuously improve operations. We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have: • Experience in green area maintenance/garden landscaping • Relevant education in gardening • Ability to lead, support, and inspire colleagues • Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach • Interest in creating good customer relationships and business opportunities • Driving license B (BE or C is meritorious) Personal Characteristics We seek someone with the right attitude and drive – we know that's ultimately what matters most.
