Coating Specialist at Alfing in Älmhult - Free and Developmental Role
Are you a technically skilled and driven person who wants to take responsibility and contribute to development? Alfing is now seeking a coating specialist with a flexible role supporting two coating departments across two factories. Here you'll have the opportunity to influence, develop, and optimize coating processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
As a coating specialist, you'll be the technical lead for coating operations and work closely with production managers at both units. You'll contribute to developing work methods, ensuring quality, and driving improvement projects while providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities
• Be the technical expert and support coating departments in two factories
• Work with boom coating and conveyor coating:
• Conveyor coating: Lesta robot, modern Wagner system, and 6-stage Ideal wash
• Boom coating: Manual Gema spray guns and Adal 7-stage wash
• Identify and drive improvements in work processes and efficiency
• Support colleagues and production teams in quality assurance and problem-solving
• Lead independent projects to enhance quality and productivity
