**About the Position**
We are currently seeking automotive painters for Laxå Special Vehicles!
In the role of painter, the primary tasks consist of preparation and painting, using the wet painting method. The work includes tasks such as filling, sanding, other surface treatments, and finishing. Quality control and documentation are also part of the daily operations. The role also involves contributing to the efficient execution of work in accordance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with colleagues to ensure high productivity and timely deliveries.
The position is available immediately or as agreed upon. Working hours are organized into two shifts.

**Your Profile**
- Minimum high school education, preferably in a relevant field
- Knowledge of and/or experience in wet painting, other surface treatments, painting, filling, or sanding
**Meritorious:**
- Knowledge of general workshop manufacturing
- Experience in painting within the automotive industry
- Residing in the local area
To thrive in this role, you should be driven and have a genuine interest in your tasks and the department's mission. You are quality-oriented, proactive, and work towards continuous improvement. You possess good collaboration skills and have a strong focus on safety. You should be able to easily receive and understand instructions and speak and comprehend sufficient Swedish.
