**About the Position** We are currently seeking a painter for one of our clients in Emmaboda. Applicants should reside in the local area as the position is intended to transition into permanent employment with the client. You will work in a modern painting facility, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products maintain the highest possible finish and quality. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire process, from preparing the materials through washing, sanding, and masking, to performing the actual painting, primarily using powder coating. After painting, you will be responsible for inspecting the results and ensuring that the surface meets high-quality standards. **Start:** Immediately **Working Hours:** Daytime **Your Profile** **Requirements/Preferences:** - Experience in painting, preferably powder coating - Familiarity with industrial environments - Strong attention to finish, precision, and quality - Ability to work in a structured and independent manner - Class B driver's license (advantageous) As a person, we expect you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and possess good teamwork skills, as the work takes place at our clients' locations.
