On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a lab technician to work with prototype development and product measurements. Our client is a family-oriented, fast-growing company that is one of the leading firms in self-adhesive smart labels.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Producing prototypes using various manufacturing techniques such as plotting (CAD), laser cutting, printing, drying, and laminating.
• Conducting product measurements and tests, particularly in connection with process validations.
• Managing documentation related to prototype development and partially creating design documents.
• Collaborating closely with the lab lead, project team, and quality team in daily operations.
Your tasks will vary, and you will have the opportunity to work both practically in the lab and administratively with documentation. The role offers a diverse and exciting environment with great opportunities for development!
Candidate Profile
This position is suitable for you if you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have an analytical mindset, are proactive, and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. You thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings and possess strong communication skills.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• Experience in manufacturing production.
• Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety, fire protection, and environmental work.
• Good technical understanding, preferably with the ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement protocols.
• Proficient communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
