The Professional Hygiene laboratory is the hub for the Tork range, particularly our dispensers. Testing, development, and innovation work are conducted here, directly impacting our global markets.
Your Responsibilities
As a Laboratory Engineer, you will become an important part of our team and represent the laboratory in various contexts. You will work both practically and analytically with testing and evaluating products within the Tork portfolio, ranging from tissue materials to system solutions and dispenser mechanics. The role involves close collaboration with product developers, project teams, and innovation functions.
Examples of tasks include:
• Planning, proposing, and conducting evaluations and laboratory tests on our products
• Presenting, documenting, and reporting test results in a clear and structured manner
• Performing analyses and statistical evaluations as a basis for recommendations and conclusions
• Maintaining and developing knowledge of testing methods
• Developing, evaluating, and validating new testing methods as needed
• Developing and maintaining equipment and tools for testing
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, curious, and thrives in the intersection of technology, analysis, and product development. You work in a structured manner, are communicative, and feel at home in an environment where multiple competencies meet. Collaboration is important, but you are also self-driven when tasks require it.
We prefer that you have:
• A technical degree, for example in textile, mechanical, or chemical engineering
• Experience in laboratory work or product testing, preferably in a global environment
• An advantage if you have experience in statistical analysis and analytical tools
• Strong ability to communicate and present both in writing and dialogue
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
