Lab Engineer Tissue

We are searching for a Lab Engineer Tissue for a global company in Mölndal, located just outside Gothenburg. The start date is January 12th, with an initial contract duration of 6 months. This role is 100% onsite in Mölndal. **About The Role** The Professional Hygiene laboratory is home to the Tork product range, focusing on dispensers. As a laboratory engineer, you will represent the laboratories from various perspectives, be responsible for product testing, participate in innovation projects, and support the business units. This includes testing tissue products as materials and systems, including dispenser mechanics and the entire product system. You will plan, propose, and conduct evaluations and laboratory testing on products within the Tork Portfolio. You will be part of a team of laboratory engineers with diverse experiences and backgrounds, where you will contribute your knowledge and expertise in the field. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams, including product developers and innovation teams, to develop product innovations and improvements for the market. **What You Will Do** • Plan, propose, and conduct evaluations and laboratory testing on products • Present, document, and report test results • Perform analyses and statistical evaluations as the basis for your conclusions • Maintain knowledge of testing methods • If needed, develop, evaluate, and validate new laboratory methods to meet consumer and business needs • Develop and maintain equipment and tools for testing **Who You Are** • Technical degree (BSc) in, for example, Textile, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering • Experience in laboratory work or product testing in a global setting is an advantage • Preferably experience with statistical analysis and analytical programs • Good communication and presentation skills in written reports as well as in discussions • Written and verbal fluency in English This is a full-time consultant position in Mölndal, outside Gothenburg, through Incluso.
