About the position
We are looking for an engaged and communicative Group Manager in Motala. As a Group Manager, you play a crucial role in managing and developing our business. Through dedicated employees, you deliver reliable operations to our satisfied customers. As the Group Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the contract. This position offers an exciting and rewarding mix of working with intriguing technology, extensive customer contact, and close collaboration with your team. In this key role, you will be working on assignments for Region Östergötland and the projects connected to the Hospital in Motala. You will have personnel responsibility for a team of around 8-10 committed and driven technicians. In your department, you will also collaborate with colleagues such as the Administrator/Coordinator and the Site Manager to whom you will report.
The role
In the role of Group Manager, you are responsible for the development of a team of technicians across various professions and special competencies. You will be a good fit with us if you have prior knowledge of property technology and can independently plan and execute supervision, maintenance, and care of the properties with available resources. You are a team-oriented individual with strong leadership skills who engages the group and assigns tasks with a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
• Education equivalent to at least one year of full-time studies in property technology at a post-secondary level.
• Experience in contract law, ABFF/AFF, labor law, and project management.
• Experience with technically complex properties such as hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, or similar.
• Valid driver's license (B).
