Your Role As a Solutions Architect for Business Applications within Saab's Group IT, you will serve as a central link between various departments within IT architecture. Your role includes supporting and collaborating with teams to advance assignments, participating in future planning, and ensuring that we within Business Applications utilize modern technology and develop our working methods. Business Applications is responsible for supporting and managing the systems and applications used in the operations. The applications are diverse and support the entire company's processes - from CRM and ERP to design and manufacturing processes, industrial IT, and system development tools. Your task will be to ensure that technical solutions are designed and implemented correctly according to regulatory requirements and the needs of the business, as well as in relation to other IT solutions. You will adhere to company-wide architectural principles and guidelines for standards while making informed choices to maximize value for the business. Your responsibilities will include, among others: * Analyzing requirements and needs assessments. * Designing and presenting various solution proposals based on the needs assessment. * Being a knowledge support and collaborating closely with technicians, Service Managers, and Service Owners. * Creating decision-making materials for both business decisions and technical choices. * Ensuring that requirements, regulations, laws, processes, and standards are followed in technical solutions. * Documenting solutions. * Communicating and explaining solutions clearly and appropriately for different target groups. Your Profile We are looking for someone who can easily adapt to different types of issues, is communicative and proactive. You see the value in creating functional solutions and have a responsive and collaborative approach that makes everyday life easier and the business more productive. You are security-conscious and enjoy both independent work and collaboration. You are open, unpretentious, and like to work in teams where knowledge is shared. Furthermore, you have broad knowledge in system development as well as design of systems and solutions in complex environments, preferably with experience in industrial IT. The role requires very good skills in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.
