Experienced Solution Architect – ServiceNow ITOM Visibility
We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow ITOM Visibility for a long-term consulting assignment with an authority in the energy sector, which has a critical societal mission.
The assignment is part of a larger project focused on the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility – App 2.0, primarily concerning Discovery and Service Mapping. You will be organizationally aligned with the IT Operations Processes and Delivery unit within the authority's infrastructure and operations organization.
About the Assignment
In this role, you will contribute your expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Visibility and work closely with product owners, developers, and architects in a dedicated ServiceNow team. Analysis and design efforts will commence upon the consultant's onboarding, while implementation is scheduled to begin in 2026.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the breakdown and review of needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with the product owner to decompose needs and requirements in Azure DevOps.
- Contributing knowledge and experience from previous implementations of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility.
- Analyzing and advising on how infrastructural and security requirements can best be met in solution proposals.
- Supporting the development of design and technical solutions.
- Assisting with testing and troubleshooting in development and testing environments.
- Providing advisory support during the deployment of solution proposals.
- Developing solutions in collaboration with developers and architects in the ServiceNow team.
- Being responsible for the breakdown and coordination of activities in Azure DevOps related to the implementation of solutions.
This is a consulting assignment with immediate start and ongoing duration. You will be employed by us at A-Talent Tech Stockholm. The employment form is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Requirements and Qualifications:
- Higher education or equivalent training relevant for IT architects and IT developers.
- At least 3 years of work experience within ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Work experience from at least two implementations of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility in the role of architect and developer.
- Leadership/Independence – Takes responsibility for a specific area, can lead a small group, and can work independently.
- Ability to write and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
