We Are Seeking Engaged Teacher Substitutes Who Want to Contribute to Youth Learning Through a Flexible and Developmental Part-Time Job in Ekerö Municipality
About the Assignment
Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have a contract with Ekerö Municipality to support committed substitute teachers for their municipal primary schools.
Your Responsibilities
As a teacher substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, mostly of an urgent nature and short-term vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work on short notice, usually the same morning. You will be responsible for and lead instruction in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher. If the school does not provide planning in advance, you may need to provide such planning yourself. After completing instruction, you are responsible for any necessary documentation and handing over to regular staff.
Your Qualifications
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• At least six (6) months of full-time teaching experience or twelve (12) months of part-time experience, with strong subject knowledge
• Must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being booked for shifts the same morning
• Good computer skills
