We are Seeking Engaged Teacher Substitutes Who Want to Contribute to Youth Learning through a Flexible and Developmental Part-Time Job in Tyresö Municipality.
About the Assignment
Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have a contract with Tyresö Municipality to support engaged substitutes for their municipal primary and secondary schools.
Your Responsibilities
As a teacher substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, typically of an urgent nature or for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work on short notice, usually the same morning. You will be responsible for leading instruction in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher. If the school does not provide advance planning, you may need to provide such planning yourself. After completing instruction, you are responsible for any necessary documentation and handing over to the regular staff.
Your Qualifications
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• At least six (6) months of full-time teaching experience or twelve (12) months of part-time experience, with strong subject knowledge
• Ability to work at least two weekdays per week and comfortable with being booked for shifts the same morning
• Basic computer skills, proficiency with office software and internet searching
