RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher at Magra School F-6, you will have a central role in our students' learning and development. Your primary task is to teach students in grades 5-6 at Magra School, with potential teaching in grades 3-4. You will be an important part of our community.
The position also includes mentorship for grades 5-6, where you will have the opportunity to support and guide students.
Together with your colleagues, you will work to create good conditions for student learning through clear and relationship-building leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a qualified and licensed teacher for teaching in grades 1-6.
It is meritorious if you have qualifications in Swedish and Social Studies subjects. We prefer candidates with previous professional experience in similar assignments. Additionally, we seek good digital competence within school operations and experience with systems like Unikum and similar platforms.
To succeed in the role, you should have good pedagogical insight that promotes student learning and understanding. You should have knowledge of planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction adapted to individual student needs and developmental levels.
For this position, it is important to easily create relationships. You are a confident person who is clear in communication and has high expectations of yourself, your colleagues, and your students. In your work, students should always be the focus.
