After School Program Teacher

WORKPLACE Maria Elementary School is an independent school located in Södermalm, Stockholm. The school was founded in 1885. It is a pre-school through 9th-grade school with approximately 360 students. At Maria Elementary School, knowledge acquisition is at the center. We are a traditional school with teacher-led instruction in classrooms where homework is a natural part of the education. RESPONSIBILITIES As a preschool teacher/recreational instructor, you will work together with your colleagues to plan and implement activities. You will also collaborate with parents. Your main assignment is recreational activities, but during the school day, you will be involved in classroom work. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be trained as a preschool or recreational instructor. As an educator, you should have a good ability to interact with and build positive relationships with students and their parents. You have a structured work approach, are engaged, and possess strong collaborative skills. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS This is a full-time position. Start date is January 7, 2026.
