JOB DESCRIPTION
As a teacher at Abisko School, you will work closely with your team, the student health team, the assistant principal, the principal, and other staff at the school. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the educational work based on the school's governing documents and the needs of the students. You will create good collaboration with guardians and actively participate in the school's development work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed teacher for grades 2-9 in primary school with qualifications in at least Social Studies. It is also advantageous if you have qualifications to teach in one or more of the following subjects: Swedish, English, Spanish, Physical Education and Health, Home Economics, and Music.
Experience in teaching is desirable. We see that you work well in interaction with students and colleagues. You are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented. You view collegial learning as a prerequisite for student development and look forward to working together in a team towards common goals with a focus on students. We place great importance on personal suitability. Housing is offered.
