About the position
As a teacher in the social pedagogy program, you will plan and conduct instruction in social work, psychology, conversation methodology, ethics, and other subjects within the social pedagogical field. You will guide participants in their personal and professional development and support them in both their studies and practical experiences.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and is characterized by the values of folk education—where dialogue, experience sharing, and reflection are central, along with the school's health profile.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• has education in social and/or therapeutic work (e.g., social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or equivalent)
• has a teaching degree/teacher certification
• possesses good pedagogical skills and an interest in working with adult learners
• is confident, reflective, and has a strong ability to collaborate
• A folk high school teacher certification and experience working in folk high schools are advantageous

Scope and start date
