As a lead teacher, you will teach with high quality and create an accessible learning environment for all students. You will lead and inspire colleagues in school development, drive improvement efforts, and analyze results to increase goal fulfillment and equity. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree with qualifications to teach in the early years of primary school (F3) and who has extensive experience and a deep understanding of learning in these grades. You are a role model in pedagogical leadership and have the ability to create structure, safety, and joy both inside and outside the classroom. The role requires strong collaboration skills where you contribute to an open and supportive collegial climate, inspire, and lead colleagues without formal managerial responsibility. You have a solution-focused and curious attitude, see opportunities, and think creatively in everyday situations. As a person, you are warm, clear, and engaged, and we place great importance on personal suitability. To become a lead teacher, at least four years of documented teaching experience as a certified teacher is required. You must have demonstrated particular skill in improving student outcomes and contributing to school development. This is evidenced by your: • Passion for school development and being a role model in the teaching role. • Ability to share knowledge and lead colleagues toward consensus, equity, and quality. • Skill in analyzing causes and identifying areas for development. • Salutogenic approach and relational view of students. • Ability to create an accessible learning environment and skill in designing instruction for all. • Clarity, structure, and solution-focused mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively. • Good competence in assistive technology. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** We strive for a balanced gender distribution and see diversity as a strength, therefore we welcome applicants from various backgrounds.
