Teacher/Educator for School/After-School Program

About the Job Ramlösa Friskola is a smaller school located in a picturesque area with good opportunities for activities in the surroundings. The school has 160 students distributed across grades F-6. The after-school program is divided into two different units, one for younger students and one for older ones. Our vision is to conduct an educational operation with the children at the center, where all students have the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions. The position at the school involves work both in the classroom and in the after-school program. You will collaborate with other teachers and educators to plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work, together creating the best possible learning environment for all students. We are looking for someone who... has a relevant educational background (an educational qualification is a requirement) and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. It is important to us that you have a positive attitude towards your work with the students and that you see opportunities rather than obstacles. We expect you to have good collaboration skills and to be flexible. We also expect you to be responsive to individuals' different conditions and needs. It is advantageous for the position if you: · have qualifications to teach music, physical education, or Spanish · have experience working with children in need of special support · have previously worked in a school or preschool The position's employment rate is: 80-100% The recruitment process will begin continuously during the application period, and if we find the right person before the application deadline, the recruitment will be halted.
