Backluraskolan is a primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 460 students.
The school is located in a picturesque area of Hässelby Norra Villastad. Here, you will find dedicated educators and a strong focus on development and collegial learning. We have our own kitchen and an inspiring schoolyard that invites play and movement.

Job Description
We are looking for someone with the skills and ability to create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and collaboration. You handle conflicts in a responsive and constructive manner. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and take initiative. You are structured and have a knack for taking responsibility.
Your focus on students is clear and reflected in your daily interactions. You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and are accustomed to working with digital tools.
You are motivated by building good relationships and trustworthy collaborations with students, guardians, and colleagues. You see it as natural to collaborate with others to succeed in your and the school's mission.
We are seeking a Teacher for the After-School Program. You will be responsible for creating good conditions for learning throughout the students' entire day at school and work on developing students' abilities in accordance with our governing documents.
Your role includes collaboration with the school as well as work in the after-school program after school hours.
The position is a temporary contract from January 7, 2026, until June 2026.
Your Qualifications and Experience
You are a qualified teacher for the after-school program.
You are familiar with the governing documents of schools and after-school programs and have the ability to implement them in a joyful and clear manner, focusing on student development and learning.
You are proactive, positive, and solution-focused, with the ability to create inclusive environments where all students participate. You are a natural leader for student groups.
You work towards building good relationships, are secure, responsible, and have good collaboration with staff and guardians.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
